FREE Technical Support is included in the price of all our Photography Kits. So if you purchase a Kit from us, you can be sure of receiving any help and advice that you may need. This is one of the things that makes us stand out from other photographic suppliers - we really do want you to create outstanding images of your products and we are here to help you achieve that.

Most of our customers receive their Kits, quickly get set up and find they are taking great product images within 20 minutes. However, some people like to have a little guidance at the beginning, especially if they have never done any product photography before, and if you are one of these then you can be sure we are here to help. We do encourage you to have a go first because you will probably find it is easier than you expected. However, if you get stuck, you can call or email us with your technical questions and we will help. Our experienced technical support team will ensure that you get the most from your product photography. We will help optimise the set up of your camera, light tent and lighting so that you achieve the outstanding product images you need. We are used to helping complete beginners to achieve excellent results within a very short period of time.

As well as being suitable for beginners, our Kits are also ideally suited to the professional or experienced photographer with more ambitious goals. Many of our customers who started off as beginners soon find they are really enjoying their product photography and want to start to develop creative ideas of their own. We have wide range of accessories to cover every kind of item you can think of, from jewellery, handbags, clothing and footwear through automotive, medical and technical items to collectibles, coins, artwork and food. All our products are compatible so you can gradually add to your set up as and when you wish to cover all your future photographic needs.

We include a Camera Set Up Sheet with all our Kits to help you with basic camera settings to get you started. Once you have mastered the basics, as you grow in confidence you can start to experiment to create your own unique images. All our EZcubes and all Kits that include an EZcube also come with a comprehesive 20 page EZcube User's Guide.
