However, we frequently have requests for technical support for those who have purchased products from other suppliers. Sadly, it seems that many suppliers just do not supply any technical support at all. It can be very frustrating, having purchased expensive equipment, to find that you are not getting the help and advice that you need. So we have introduced the Technical Support Package to enable us to offer the same assistance that we give to our own customers to those who have not been able get to the support they require from other suppliers.

Our experienced technical support team will ensure that you get the most from your product photography. We will help optimise the set up of your camera, light tent and lighting so that you achieve the outstanding product images that you want. We are used to helping complete beginners to achieve excellent results within a very short period of time.

The first thing we will do is to help you understand the technical issues that control the output of your camera and how to control the colour, brightness and sharpness of your images in a simple and easy to understand way. We will then go on to help with the positioning of your lighting to simply and effectively get the results that you have been trying to achieve. We can then move on to more advanced techniques at a pace to suit you.

If required, we will even emulate your setup and products in our own studio to ensure that we are giving you the best possible advice.
